Returns & Refund Policy

All Profound Naturals products are sold in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Consumer guarantees under Australian law cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Consumer Guarantees

Products must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any purpose communicated at the time of purchase. Where a product does not meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy. For a major failure, you may choose a full refund or replacement. For a minor failure, a repair, replacement, or refund will be provided at discretion.

Change of Mind

Australian Consumer Law does not require retailers to accept change-of-mind returns. Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of botanical wellness products, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted. This includes preferences relating to scent, texture, or appearance.

How to Make a Claim

Email hello@profoundnaturals.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Verified claims will be resolved promptly - return shipping for confirmed faults is covered in full.
